HISTORY & LEGACY
Eurtrue S.r.l. (*) boasts an impressive legacy spanning nearly 40 years, supporting its clients in and across the quality sector – operating under several different names.
The company was founded in the early 1980’s when the legendary US company Ebasco, expanded overseas to provide a host of quality-related services to its diverse oil and gas client list.
In 1985, Ebasco was acquired by Raytheon Engineers & Constructors, another US company. The present Eutrue staff worked under the Raytheon name and brand for many years until 2000, when Raytheon merged with the Washington Group.
In 2005, when the Washington Group elected to exit the international market, Eurtrue was created as a result of the sale of the Italian and Singapore offices and assets to the managing Director, Tancredi Nannini.
